Much of my education comes from my personal passion for health and the healing arts, and I have learned as much outside the classroom as I did in it. I have received a lot of massage, paid and in trade, so I know firsthand what feels good and what works! I have also independently studied nutrition, autoimmune disorders, anatomy and physiology, traditional Eastern medical models, and more in the holistic realm of health and wellness. In addition, I studied mechanical engineering and physics at the University of Virginia, and I bring that background to the table (pun intended) in every session. I love working with the human body; it’s the most elegant and intricate machine I have yet encountered. Many people are unsure of whether the name "Ari" belongs to a man or a woman.
